Training Program For Strength, Speed, Agility & Conditioning

This is a proven training program to increase your Power, Speed, Agility and Conditioning.  We put together this workout for those of you that are training on your own and/or do not have access to a personal trainer or coach.  Start training on your own with us.

Sample workout routine:

This is a 12-week plan. This entire workout plan incorporates speed improvement drills, dynamic flexibility, plyometrics, agility drills and acceleration sprints. This plan can also be used after your season has ended.  

The running starts off with longer running sprints and funnels down to more explosive starts, agilities and plyometrics. It is very important that you put the time in early to build a good conditioning base before doing the sprint & agility work later in the schedule. This will help prevent overtraining and injuries. The conditioning program should be done two times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
