Coach John Walker takes his athletes through a series of drills to help them develop more explosion and lift in their 40 Yard Dash starts to better their times.  These drills focus on showing the athletes how to chamber their bodies to remove all inefficient movement that could hurt overall times.  Try these speed drills at home to help you get a better start when running the 40.  Perfecting your start in the 40 Yard Dash could be the difference in running a 4.5 or a 4.3, so get to working!
