Paralympian Matt Scott Says NO EXCUSES
We had the privilege to meet Paralympic athlete Matt Scott and watch him train for the upcoming olympic season with super coach John Walker, president of Faster University. For those of you unacquainted, Matt Scott plays with Team USA, and is a Two-time medalist (1 gold, 1 bronze) in basketball.
Matt Scott is a savage on the basketball court. Matt began playing wheelchair basketball in 1998 when he was only 14 years old. Matt played throughout high school and in 2004 he was recruited to be on the USA Paralympic basketball team. He was nominated by ESPN in 2008 for an Espy for “Best Male Athlete with a Disability”.
Matt currently plays professionally in Germany. Matt received national attention by starring in his own nationwide broadcast ad for Nike on New Year's Eve in 2007 and New Year's Day in 2008. Check out the clip below!
