Do each drill 1-2 sets | 3-4 reps


Goal:

Develop rollout ability to hit deep out, deep post, and flat patterns. 

Description:

Set up cone lane to guide rollout pattern.  After going through cones release pass to distant receiver.  

Routine:

2 sets | 6-8 reps

Description:

Set up ladder and cone course for QB to navigate while keeping his eyes downfield.  Keep course tight to resemble collapsing pocket.

Routine:

2 sets | 3-4 reps
